We are happy to respond to your e-mails as soon as possible.  Generally, we are in and out all day either catering or meeting with clients.  So we will get back to you just as quickly as we are back in the building.

When you leave us a note, if you could tell us your type of function and the possible date, time and location, we can have some thoughts in our heads when we respond.  If you have specific menu ideas, a budget or other considerations, that is also helpful information.
